Rome, Enero 14, 2013 – Isang araw bago gawin ang oral arguments sa Supreme Court (SC) ay muling pinasok ng mga hackers ilang pangunahing website gobyerno tulad ng Maritime Polytechnic (NMP) http://www.nmp.gov.ph/, Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) http://www.mmda.gov.ph/, Cebu Port Authority (CPA) http://www.cpa.gov.ph/, National Food Authority (NFA) http://nfa.gov.ph/, Mambulao, Camarines Norte http://mambulao.gov.ph/ at Police Regional Office 8 http://pro8.pnp.gov.ph/.
Ayon sa grupo, nagpakilalang Anonymous Philippines at PrivateX sa kanilang FB account, ay napasok nila ang mga website Lunes ng madaling araw.
Ayon sa grupo, taliwas diumano ang Cybercrime Law sa nasasaad na karapatan ng mga mamamayan ang malayang pamamahayag:
"1987 Philippine Constitution. Article III, Section 4 states that "NO LAW SHALL BE PASSED ABRIDGING the freedom fo speech, of expression, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble and petition the government for redress of grievances."
"What happened to the law? Are all laws meant to be broken? Are they made to fool people, deprive them of their right in exchange of what we believe as 'Heavens for Politicians?' Some say we are against the law because it would hinder our 'criminal activities' but WE do not oppose the said law in any way if it is for the greater good."

Matatandaang magtatapos sa Enero 29 ang ipinalabas ng SC na 120-day temporary restraining order (TRO). Samantala, bukas ay inaasahan ang oral arguments sa SC ukol sa 16 na petisyon na nagsasabing unconstitutional ang Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012.
