Milan, Sept 23, 2013 – Pag Ibig’s major raffle winner for August of a round trip airline ticket was won by Milan based Filipino worker, Ms. Emelita M. Mabilangan, who hails from Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
Ms. Mabilangan has worked in Milan for 13 years. She went to the Consulate to get an Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) before going home to the Philippines in July 2013 and a requirement was to be a Pag Ibig member so she could start a savings account. She was very grateful that she was asked to get a Pag Ibig membership since it enabled her to qualify for the raffle. (PCG – Milan)
